Imagine this as a home buyer - You purchase your dream home. Start to move your family in. The AC goes out the day after. But WAIT. Babbitt's did an HVAC inspection and everything was checked running properly and in good working condition on the report before we bought the house? FALSE. There was an existing LEAK in the line causing the coil to be a rusted mess. The leak was EASILY discovered by a competent HVAC company once I called them to come out. Please see the photos below of what Babbitt's considers acceptable. If you want a company with no backbone or integrity, congrats because you found it. Run. Far. Away.

Worst company ever!! Didn’t fix problems and charged extra!! Absolutely would never receive any business from me or anyone that ask me about them!! I don’t usually do a bad review!! But this behavior is very disrespectful ???????? Service: HVAC system maintenance

We called for an AC repair, cold didn’t work but heat did. He was able to guess what was wrong just by listening to the AC and after confirming it, replaced the bad part and was done in like 15 minutes. And he was so friendly too, he loved our pets.
