Lite Electric

Outstanding service that went above and beyond my (high) expectations. We have used Lite Electric a few times now install bath fans, fix external flood lights, and other lighting issues in my living room. Most recently, they discovered I bought a bath fan that was too large to install as the fan's space was right beneath a joist - and they were kind enough to wait for me to run to the store and swap out fans. Great advice, very reasonable pricing, and professional staff.

Asked to change a 3-speed remote control on a fan. They paid no attention on the type of remote and replaced it with a remote that had only one speed. They charged $85 for the labor. When they came to replace it with a 3-speed remote they charged another $85 for the second labor which took only 10 minutes. Their excuse was that I only asked them to replace the remote and did not mention what kind. At the end of the year, the Lite CFO mailed me a $85 check and a letter stating that they have gone over the books and found the extra charge was unnecessary. So I will change the rate from 1 star to 4 stars.

By far the most impressive company I have used in 12 years in the Augusta area! Came out quick both times I needed them, once to check a dishwasher connection and another time to replace some two pronged electrical outlets and fix a doorbell wire. AJ and Kyle are super nice people and showed up ON TIME! Sadly, these things just don't happen anymore. They did a fantastic job at a VERY reasonable price and cleaned up after themselves. I will forever use this company...Excellent! Thank you!
