Southern Mechanical installed the HVAC system into my home when we built in 2017. The entire time we have had an issue with the bedroom being 5 to 7 degrees hotter then the rest of of the house. The owner, Bart Hillman came out and his final answer was, it's always going to be hotter. Nothing can be done. I have had a floor Split Mini AC running in my room since then because, I believed the professional. This year I decided to have a ductless ac installed and had another company come out. They recommended that I just add an additional zone. I contacted southern mechanical and after a month, Bart replied telling me that I should take my business else where as he has no desire to make it right. Horrible service. Technician came out on Thursday to check the A/C unit. Confirmed what I already knew: the fan blower motor had gone bad. Quoted a standard price for parts and labor, but pushed his company's service contract. Never called back for a repair appointment. Had to call a local competitor on Monday to repair the motor. They came out, identified the problem, and replaced the motor within 1 hour.

Had a HVAC issue on the weekend, the most inconvenient of all times. SM Inc was extremely responsive and had a tech at our house in practically no time at all. Our tech Kyle, had our issue repaired quickly and professionally.
