Southern mechanicals uses substandard air conditioning units that are constantly breaking down the customer service and warranties are trash... I am so sorry that I ever had a house built by keystone builders in the air conditioning company that they use Southern mechanical or the worst
Had a HVAC issue on the weekend, the most inconvenient of all times. SM Inc was extremely responsive and had a tech at our house in practically no time at all. Our tech Kyle, had our issue repaired quickly and professionally.
This company did not register my unit for 10 years as they’re supposed to, my compressor & coil went out after 8 years of use. I called to have them repair and they told me my warranty expired! Now I’m having to buy a whole brand new unit again as the repair cost a lot to fix. Do not trust this company!
