Kyle was on time for the yearly service on my two HVAC units, and had a smile on his face to start the work. He was very thorough and did not rush the work. He told me what he was doing and explained the systems to me. When he had to walk into the house he used shoe covers and made sure his hands were clean. He reinstalled all the covers and did not loose any screws, or he replaced them. He was very professional and courteous during the work. He is a true asset to the company. Keep up the good work!
