One Call Handyman Services

Been a customer for over ten years and used them at home and place of business. Never had one problem and work was always professional and very nice to work with.

This was a horrible experience all around! I made my appointment two weeks ahead disclosing ahead of time the amount of work to be done and was quoted a $40. On the day of the appt. no one had shown so I called the office. They ensured me someone would be there shortly. 30 minutes later still no one had arrived. I called back and we identified they had the wrong phone number and address on file and the estimator and receptionist upon not getting in contact with anyone didn't think to call me back on the number I had called them on previously. They sent someone out who arrived an hour later than the scheduled appt., who I later found out was the owner. He was not amenable and presented himself with an annoyed disposition. He didn't take full stock of the work to be done and didn't ask me about the $40 fee that I was supposed to pay. Lindsay at One Call has always gone above and beyond to help with projects at my parents' home. I don't live in town and the extra attention they give is greatly appreciated, and the work they have done has been excellent.
