One Google search, randomly selected R L Hayes Roofing & Repairs and it was on! Monday, the initial operator taking the call was pleasant and professional. I received a callback in 4 minutes from a wonderful woman who knew exactly what I probably wasn't explaining correctly. Tuesday, assessment site visit was made earlier than the scheduled appointment, very informative and expert customer service. Wednesday, job was completed a day early. Technicians were top notch and went the extra tile to ensure the job was done and would last. Very pleased with my experience. Services: Attic venting, Roof damage repair

RL Hughes is very responsive. They have fixed a few leaks on my dad's roof and recently came back for another leak and recommended a new roof. I also had a roof leak and Dean came by, showed me pictures and said he could repair the issues but my roof was about at the end of its life. My dad and I decided for roof replaceme ts had our rooves were scheduled to be replaced in a few days. The workers delivered materials ahead of time, protected the lawn, removed all the old materials, replaced the roof, and cleaned up thoroughly. Dean came the next working day ( roof replaced on a Saturday) and went around again with a magnet to assure all nails were removed. I highly recommend this company. Their prices are reasonable and they are very responsive and they follow up. I received a call from Dean, project manager and the owner Roy, so they are very engaged in their business. BTW, we had called another local roofing company, left a text message and message on their website and never received

This company is marvelous. They show up, give a quote, send a reputable crew out within a week and the roof leak is fixed. No hassle, no haggle…just professionalism. We have used them for a couple of years now without regret.
