They were quick to schedule and even quicker on the job...the repair looks good and took about an hr or less to complete. Had missing shingles over the dryer vent and parts of the back roof...shingles peeled back on the front of the roof near the peak...and some shingles that just needed to be hammered down a little, atleast i thought, but he replaced them...Only thing I didn't like was the fact that they didn't make contact with me before getting on the roof...whether call/txt or a knock on the door since I was home...just heard thumps from the other side of the house...assumed someone was trying to break in...I made it to the front door and looked outside and noticed their van...So yea, communication is definitely needed before hopping on a person's roof.

This company is marvelous. They show up, give a quote, send a reputable crew out within a week and the roof leak is fixed. No hassle, no haggle…just professionalism. We have used them for a couple of years now without regret.

RL Hughes is very responsive. They have fixed a few leaks on my dad's roof and recently came back for another leak and recommended a new roof. I also had a roof leak and Dean came by, showed me pictures and said he could repair the issues but my roof was about at the end of its life. My dad and I decided for roof replaceme ts had our rooves were scheduled to be replaced in a few days. The workers delivered materials ahead of time, protected the lawn, removed all the old materials, replaced the roof, and cleaned up thoroughly. Dean came the next working day ( roof replaced on a Saturday) and went around again with a magnet to assure all nails were removed. I highly recommend this company. Their prices are reasonable and they are very responsive and they follow up. I received a call from Dean, project manager and the owner Roy, so they are very engaged in their business. BTW, we had called another local roofing company, left a text message and message on their website and never received
