I've been dealing with RoofCrafters for over 6-Years and I highly recommend them. I used them originally because they offer a very strong warranty, which to me says something about a company. What says even more is that they honor their warranty and do not try to make any excuses should any issues arise. I've been in the construction industry for 30+ years and worked with contractors all over the country, RoofCrafters are the company you want to use when you need roofing. All of their people are courteous and efficient. I have worked with Mitch on multiple occasions, he is knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. He answers all of you questions and lays out all of your options. Recently RoofCrafters sent Paul to my home to do some additional work. He called to let me know he was on his way, confirmed the materials and he arrived on time. He was pleasant and an excellent mechanic. Contacted RoofCrafters to inspect my home in response to the recent hailstorms in the Augusta area. They were extremely responsive in setting up an appointment. I was very impressed with Scott Wilson (RoofCrafters), he was punctual, kept me apprised of everything he was doing, and thoroughly explained his findings. He even came back to conduct a 2nd joint inspection with the Insurance Company. Luckily, I sustained insignificant damage. Scott Wilson is a very good representative of the company and therefore I will consider them for all my roofing needs in the future.
