I've been dealing with RoofCrafters for over 6-Years and I highly recommend them. I used them originally because they offer a very strong warranty, which to me says something about a company. What says even more is that they honor their warranty and do not try to make any excuses should any issues arise. I've been in the construction industry for 30+ years and worked with contractors all over the country, RoofCrafters are the company you want to use when you need roofing. All of their people are courteous and efficient. I have worked with Mitch on multiple occasions, he is knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. He answers all of you questions and lays out all of your options. Recently RoofCrafters sent Paul to my home to do some additional work. He called to let me know he was on his way, confirmed the materials and he arrived on time. He was pleasant and an excellent mechanic. I highly recommend RoofCrafters for your CSRA roofing needs. Scott Wilson was EXCELLENT! I live out of state from where my rental property is. He handled all the negotiations with USAA on my behalf (he actually met with two inspectors at different times, ). This was incredibly helpful. He supervised the installation team that put on my steeply pitched new roof and kept me updated throughout the process. I flew in when it was completed and he met me on a Sunday to do a final inspection. It looks amazing (architectural slate gray tiles) and compliments my brick home.
