I highly recommend RoofCrafters for your CSRA roofing needs. Scott Wilson was EXCELLENT! I live out of state from where my rental property is. He handled all the negotiations with USAA on my behalf (he actually met with two inspectors at different times, ). This was incredibly helpful. He supervised the installation team that put on my steeply pitched new roof and kept me updated throughout the process. I flew in when it was completed and he met me on a Sunday to do a final inspection. It looks amazing (architectural slate gray tiles) and compliments my brick home. Roof crafters did a great job with the roof. Scott was our point of contact and he was courteous and professional. Scott kept me informed throughout the whole process. Although we had a little hiccup after we hired them and the project was delayed. But as soon as they had a go the roof was done in a day and half. Scott was available and looking over at the job site while the crew were installing the roof . The crew that came to install the roof were professional and did a very good job.
