Yohe Plumbing

This company is the worst I have encounter. The entire staff is rude and feel as the customer owe them something. It started with a regular service than end up to different issue after issue. When I talked to the Supervisor or Manager name Wayne he told me that I could use someone else cause he was tired of me calling / complaining I wonder is it because I am black. I ask him to fix it but he refused to send his technician back out to finish the job. I advised anybody who is looking for a heating and air company not to use this company. So unprofessional.

Should be 0 stars! But since Google requires a star I’ll give them 1. Yohe Plumbing Heating and Air is terrible. They installed my unit in March 2020. Less than 2 weeks in my house(new construction), the AC unit stopped working. The thermostat wasn’t installed correctly. The easiest thing to install on the unit other than the filters. Less than 1 month later had to replace the evaporator coil. Then less than 6 months they had to replace the defrost board. The unit hasn’t worked properly since then. Then another technician comes out and has to Youtube the unit. Didn’t have a clue where to start on my unit. I called for a supervisor to come help him. No help was sent. I told him to leave my property. I went with another company and he found several items not properly installed. Now Yohe won’t own the fact that they did bad installations on my home or any other home in our subdivision. Stay away from them. Now I’m paying unnecessary money on my 3 year old unit!

Writing this review for a fellow church member. On Saturday morning the McLaughlin’s woke up to no hot water. They called Yohe and Aaron returned the call from the after hours service line. Instead of telling them how much it would cost them per hour to come out and diagnose the problem he suggested “Let’s try something over the phone”. He walked them through the steps and their tankless water heater was back up and running. They are singing his and his companies praises this morning at church. Thank you for putting your customers first over the all mighty dollar. This speaks volumes and Yohe will be their go to for years to come. Services: Water heater installation, Water heater repair
