We were very satisfied with our experience. From the time we called to schedule an appointment to the time the tech left, we received nothing less than excellent customer service. The office staff was knowledgeable and advised us on what might be going on and how to prepare for the visit by turning the air off and putting the fan on to thaw it out. When the tech arrived he was patient and professional and worked hard to find the problem. Once he found the issue he educated us on what was going on and how to avoid the issue in the future. Would recommend 10/10!
Jeff and his boys have been dependable down through the years. They know that my late husband used his services and Vice versa. I want to wish them a very Happy New Year!
