Technician, Coby, didn’t provide accurate information about repairs and you can tell he was not interested in servicing my unit! I was told I needed a repair that cost over $1100 or he can send his salesman out to price a new unit!! I called another company, for a second opinion, and my A/C was repaired, no parts needed, in less than 30 minutes! Needless to say, I have been doing business with this company for over 13 years and they have lost a valued customer!

I have been using Creighton Laircey for all my AC needs for quite a few years for maintenance and now two unit installations. They’ve always been dependable, professional, straightforward and very reasonable. The price on my most recent new unit was far below the competing bids. Louis and Joseph (Joe Joe) were great. Very friendly and take pride in their work. Highly recommend.

Came home from work Saturday to find my AC not working. Called Creighton Laircey and was told they’d come out on Sunday at a cost. I’m under contract with them and agreed to the Sunday price. Mr Mario came Sunday morning. He was professional and got straight to work to find the problem. He found a clogged drain line and started flushing the line. Since my checkup had just been in June, Mr Mario called his mgr and told him the situation. I knew nothing of this until Mario walked in with the paperwork and I saw there was no charge. I was blown away. Thank God! Wanted to give a shout out to Creighton Laircey and Mr Mario for “DOING THE RIGHT THING BECAUSE ITS THE RIGHT THING!” Thank You, Diana Russo
