I really wish i didnt have to do this, I had given them 5 stars before because they are good guys, but over the last 4 weeks they have promised to get to my work order with different excuses every time. will no longer answer their phone or txt messages. Stay away if you want to be taken care of within a month or two of your call.
Called on a Wednesday to set up appointment for the following Monday for bath tub to be unclogged. Called them first thing Monday morning left a message to make sure I was still on the schedule, never called me back, Called at 330 someone answered I asked if I was still on the schedule she said No... would you like me to call someone else? What? No.. very unprofessional. Will never use again.
They provided same day service. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of septic service.
