Alan Townsend Roofer

Alan came out a couple of weeks ago to give me an estimate on roof repairs I called him back a couple of days later to set it up. Do to a total miss communication on my part he came out this morning to start job. Again my fault. I had to stop him for starting job. He was super understanding and very understanding. I will be calling him again when I can get this done. I just hope he can forgive my screw up and repair my roof again this was all my fault

I called to have two wind turbines installed on my metal roof. Alan promptly answered the phone and came out the same day for a free estimate. We settled on a day the following week for the work. It rained so Alan advised waiting for two days to allow conditions to improve and dry out. He came two days later with a very nice respectful crew. They worked very expeditiously and did a fine job. It looks very good and is allowing hot air to vent from the attic. He charges a very competitive rate and is dependable and available to work. His customer service was refreshing. I was truly impressed with Mr. Townsend and his crew! They were quick to come out to give a quote and started the job immediately. They showed up at 7 every morning and worked hard every single day until the roof was complete. It’s nearly impossible to find anyone who does that nowadays. They were really professional, respectful of our property, and Alan was here everyday making sure things ran smoothly. Our new roof looks fantastic! You can definitely see the quality in their work. The crew found a bunch of rotting wood throughout and replaced everything without ever hassling us. He didn’t even charge more for the extra repairs and just told me about it after they were finished. Can’t recommend Alan Townsend and his crew enough. Great local roofer!
