Our service technician (Ricky Player) was very professional and courteous. He also did a wonderful job servicing our A/C unit. Oh, and he let my six year old help out as well. Great experience. Little mix up with the scheduling at first. But everything turned out great. Technician was out here for several hours, even during the rain. He found a leak in the system got us all fixed and system back running! He walked me through each step as he went. Really awesome Tech. I am real bad with names but he has Wills on his shirt! Will continue to do business with!
