Set up an appointment weeks in advance for them to come out and service my a/c unit. Personally took off time from work, the lady over the phone was helpful and set up for someone to come out. The day of, waited 8-11, the set up for my appointment window. No one never called or came out to my home. I decided to call and check up myself to see what the problem was, no one answered the phone. Spoke volumes for me, even if they were helpful and wanted to reschedule, I would not have moved forward with the appointment, but no one never called or followed up.

Thanks so much for the past 21 years of magnificent excellent and Reliable customer service Above and Beyond the Call of taking care of my family's heating and air conditioning service here in Cataula.
