[EDIT] Now it's Friday and I'm editing my review and improving to 3 stars and, if things continue to go well, I'll upgrade it again. Long story short, they have been taking on so much work and don't provide reasonable expectations -- when they know it will probably take many days or weeks, it helps everyone involved to be told that instead of daily broken promises of "it'll be today". Customer service is second to none! I have been a customer of Lonnie's for 30 plus years and they have gotten me out of many tight situations without breaking the bank. Response time is excellent and I am frequently surprised at how low the bill is. I had a capacitor go out on my compressor on a Sunday in July years back and they were here within 2 hours. The bill? A hundred and change (parts, labor and some Freon)- on a Sunday! Definitely recommended!
