Kyle came out to my house after I told him that I had a leak in my roof. He did come out a couple of days later. He told me to call him Sunday to get a quote and I called and left a message. I never heard back from him and I believe this is due to my insurance not covering the roof. If the insurance covered the roof, I feel he would have been more responsive. I was going to choose him but after a couple of days of waiting I called another roofing company and they came out the next day. Before they left, they gave me a brochure and a quote. I was even told of some houses that I could drive out to inspect the quality of work. If your insurance is covering, then Kyle might be the guy but if not I would call someone else. It has been a month since Kyle came to my house. He was nice and respectful. My rating is based off of customer service and not workmanship. I should have gotten a price and a time frame of when the roof would be done if I said yes.

I recommend this company to everyone. Kyle is very professional and he goes above and beyond. Kyle and his crew will do an excellent job. I love my roof. You can't go wrong with this company. Need a roof call Kyle.

After a big storm, I noticed one of my shingles had slid off of the roof into the gutter. Storm Pros was very quick to respond to my call and come out for a look. In less than 2 days and a thorough repair, my roof is back to normal. What impressed me most was that with the inspection of my roof. It was noticed that not one but two shingles were improperly installed and the rain and wind damaged the shingles. Storm Pros explained what and how it was wrong and fixed the problem.
