Shane called me back from my call to him and within a couple days had his guys out to my home to repair my roof. The repair was done within an hour and a half resolving the leak issue I was experiencing. His price was reasonable and I'm pleased with the outcome. Thank you Weather Shielders for your hard work!

This company was recommended to me by my neighbor but they have not been very responsive. The first time I contacted them and set up an appointment, no one ever came out. I waited a few weeks and tried again. The next time, Shane came out and looked at the issue. I paid the service fee and we came up with a plan and scheduled a time to get the issue taken care of. No one ever showed up on the scheduled day. I called to see what happened. Spoke with Shane again, set up a new appointment and once again no one showed up. At this this point I will just try another company.

They forgot about their first appointment completely. For their second appointment, they said they would come by at 10AM and then got there at 4PM. Told me I needed an entirely new roof for 6K. Insurance said I didn't need a new roof, just a patch around the fireplace, so I had a third opinion roofer come out. This roofer agreed that I did not need a new roof, just a repair around the fireplace. They repaired the leak for $750. Edit: No, the roof did not leak in the storm yesterday. And you did not do it for free, you charged me $60. Edit # 2: I recently sold that house without putting a new roof on it. So nice prediction there. I saved a lot of money by not hiring these guys.
