RS Andrews got us scheduled quickly - which we very much appreciated - and did a great job of keeping us updated on the appointment. The service tech was professional, efficient, and fixed the problem quickly. We are very happy with the service and will recommend RS Andrews.
Our air went out. I called and was told they were booked but they would work me in. Technician arrived, assessed the issues, clearly explained everything including the cost then started working. I would like to say how impressed I was with Bill and Jarred and their professionalism and how informative and courteous they were for it was a pleasure to meet them. They arrived early worked hard and completed the job in a very timely manner. Cleaned up and left a very Aesthetically pleasing finished project.
