I was referred to Frost Heating and Cooling by my longtime HVAC tech who recently retired. Another company told me that I need a complete new unit and that it was not possible to repair my coil and drip pan on an 11 year old system. I called Frost. They came promptly and on time. The technician was clearly well trained. Diagnosed the issue and planned a repair. They returned within a few days . The New evaporator coil and drip pan installed in less than 2 hours with no disruption to my business. My AC is working better than ever. My units at home are on their 28th year. I will definitely call them when the time comes to replace them.

I have used Frost for many years as a home builder and they have always done an amazing job. Just the other night I had an issue on a weekend with my heat. I made a call and had a service tech at the house getting our heat up and running. Always on time and I can’t complain. Thanks for the great service. I called Frost Heating and Cooling today because my AC had stopped functioning, and we are in the middle of a heat wave. Alex, the serviceman who was assigned to the job, called to let me know he was on his way. Based on what I told him over the phone, he said that it was probably the thermostat. When he arrived, he checked the system thoroughly and replaced the thermostat. Throughout the whole visit, he was cheerful, upbeat, and friendly. Very easy to talk to. Before he left, he let me know about the company's annual service plan, in which I enrolled today. Given that I had lost my AC on a hot August day in South Carolina and was not in the best of moods, the experience I had with Frost Heating and Cooling and Alex was definitely a positive one, and I would highly recommend them to anyone with heating and/or AC issues.
