Extremely professional service! Stan came out next day and on time which is refreshing and appreciated! Stan was very thorough in his evaluation and provided a quote within an hour. Brett Farrell was the technician on our A/C unit. Arrived on time quickly discovered the issue. Offered several options considering the age of the unit. Called office, explained my dilemma. I asked to speak with them and together we settled on next day evaluation of systems. Brett asked me if I was going to be comfortable that night .Offered alternative. I declined since temperatures dropped 20°. Treated me as a valued customer. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you once again for sending him to represent COOL AIR MECHANICAL.
