Cale at the lighting bug electric company has been the best electrician I have dealt with so far in the Atlanta area. I had a power outage in 2 rooms and he was able to identify the issue quickly and fixed the same day. He was very knowledgeable, professional, informative, fair and honest. He did not try to sell us items nor services we did not need. After the job was done, he inspected our house to make sure everything was up to code. I requested service for several issues ("I'm not sure where to start ...") after hours and was contacted the next morning. Austin came out and determined that my home needed a full inspection to identify each area of concern before we scheduled any work. He arranged for Griffin and Steve to come the same day. They were friendly and professional, thorough in their review, and patient in explaining and in seeking information. I had family visiting. Austin, Steve and Griffin left positive impressions on my sons and a daughter-in-law commented to me that based on their people, LBE seems to be a really good company. I agree.
