When gathering a quote, Lightning Bug Electric listened to our needs and negotiated with us fairly. Coming back for the appointment, the team was flexible and transparent about their schedule. Steve and Clayton were engaging and educated on why they were doing what they’re doing or making placement decisions. They had their shoe booties on, closed the door fully when they’d go outside or to the truck, and vacuumed up after. They even talked me through how to recategorize or upgrade my breaker. Given reviews, I went with LBE to help solve a wiring mystery in my newly bought house. They did not disappoint! Very good communications and updates helped me prepare for them. When they arrived, they were courteous and careful in my home. They listened to the problem, asked questions, and then went to work troubleshooting. Took them about 5 minutes once they started tracing, and corrected a problem that escaped me for months. They even reduced the diagnosis charge since it was an easy find/fix.
