ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! At this point, the lack of professionalism and quality of work has me frustrated. I had to take off from work for a total of 4 days just to end up BACK in the same position I started in. They missed their appointment times and also a ENTIRE day of work, left the work area and my carpet a DISGUSTING MESS, and now my ceiling is leaking AGAIN because of an tear on the side of my unit. The sensors NEVER turned off my a/c, I'm incurring MORE DAMAGE to my house, MY FAMILY HAS TO BREATHE MOLD, and they have to deal with days of 100 degrees WITHOUT relief because of the POOR work done. Managers NEVER call back, if they are even notified that you requested them to do so. Do yourself a HUGE favor and move on to a better hvac company. This is beyond unprofessional and now it's a HEALTH RISK to my family! All this from replacing the old pan under my unit! They sure didn't have a problem taking my money though!

We have used Coolray since moving into our home in 2015 so when our unit died we went with them. They came out same day to diagnose and even though it was late in the day James drove to our home to provide quotes and several options. We were able to get a next day install thank goodness. The install team was courteous and professional and got it all installed and up running in one day. The good is we have a brand new system supplying cold air to our home and every individual we interacted with was professional and polite. The only complaint we have is just that the install could have been buttoned up and a little neater. Two days after install we noticed that cold air is escaping the interior portion of the unit in 3 locations, I have already put in a service call and they will be coming out tomorrow to address it. The new pan was too big for space and just crammed in against our brand new water heater. Also they sat the inside unit on a cinder block and coaster things that just aren’t
