Marcus N was EXCELLENT! I have used CooRay before but never got the quality service I received from Marcus. He took pictures and videos of everything he did. I had a great experience with having my water heater replaced. Dennis was my sales representative and he was quick to respond and give me pricing options. He was able to schedule us quickly and within my availability. Austin was our technician and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job with the replacement and clean up. This team came out to support the removal of equipment to replace a water heater and to replace an AC unit that had failed. They were on time and started work immediately.
