The technicians arrived during the time window I was given, were masked and wore booties. We had a problem with some outlets and an overhead light in a bedroom, and they checked every outlet to determine where the problem was located. Once they had determined the problem, they repaired it and showed me that every outlet was working, even the ones that were working before. They then had me right down the correct spelling of my name and email address. I received an email while they were still here with the invoice. I wrote a check and they were on their way. Very happy with this company and will definitely be using them in the future. Gabriel was extremely professional. He was able to resolve the issue I was having with my dryer outlet quickly and was very courteous. If you need any work done and unsure of who to trust I totally recommend them for the job.

On Thursday, I called to get an estimate on having a new outlet installed in my garage and was told someone would come out to provide an estimate next Tuesday. That Monday they called to say they wouldn’t be able to keep that appointment and needed to push it out to Friday. On Friday they called and again said they needed to reschedule because the tech couldn’t come out. I was told the tech would be out first thing Monday morning. I rearranged my schedule so I could be available but the tech never showed up and I never got a call about it. This company wasted more than a week of my time.
