This was our annual A/C tuneup for the summer and the second time using the Duluth branch of United Air Temp. I am thoroughly satisfied and impressed with this company because of this branch. They are extremely knowledgeable, have excellent communication skills to explain what they are going to do and letting us know each step of the way what they did and their findings. They clean everything up before they leave, too. I can unequivocally recommend them for any service based on what I've seen through 2 service appointments. Got a maintenance contract with United Air Temp when I first moved into my home. Most recently had my AC go out on a Saturday evening. Called first thing Sunday morning, and a technician was able to visit within a few hours. I recently had an issue with the AC unit in my upstairs, and I must say, the service provided by United Air Temp was exceptional. The problem was efficiently diagnosed and resolved by Rodney, Tech #1242. Upon his arrival, he quickly noticed that the capacitor did not have any microfarads, and promptly installed a new 50 capacitor, which fixed the issue as the pressures changed to 150/35000. I am also covered under the 'Real Estate Home Protection Plan - ShieldEssential,' which meant I didn't have to pay a service fee, and it's reassuring to know that a 30-day recall applies to the service work performed. Also, it’s great to know that other potential issues like plumbing stoppage, pest control, and refrigerant refill are covered under the plan, although those services weren’t needed this time.
