I had a non-emergency plumbing issue on Sunday. I texted Tim Chen at 11:45am Monday and he was there in less than an hour. Super professional, courteous and efficient. Everything fixed within an hour, including installation of a new turn off valve on the water main in my basement. I highly recommend!

Tim and his team are great! We just bought a 12 year old house and immediately noted low water pressure in the 30s. The water company came out and found a leak in a water pipe going into the house. Tim’s team came out and after exposing the pipe, discovered that the builder installed the original pipe incorrectly which was part of the reason the leak developed. They quickly cut away the bad section of pipe and correctly installed a short length of copper pipe to correct the problem. No more leaks! They also checked my oven gas line for leaks and took a look at my tankless water heater. However I still had low water pressure. Tim came out the next day and determined that I had a cheap pressure reduction valve that was no longer any good. He replaced it with a top of the line pressure reduction valve. Immediately my water pressure went up into the 70s where it should be. I cannot recommend Tim highly enough. They were professional, fast, communicative, and reasonably priced. 5 stars! S
