Tim and his team are great! We just bought a 12 year old house and immediately noted low water pressure in the 30s. The water company came out and found a leak in a water pipe going into the house. Tim’s team came out and after exposing the pipe, discovered that the builder installed the original pipe incorrectly which was part of the reason the leak developed. They quickly cut away the bad section of pipe and correctly installed a short length of copper pipe to correct the problem. No more leaks! They also checked my oven gas line for leaks and took a look at my tankless water heater. However I still had low water pressure. Tim came out the next day and determined that I had a cheap pressure reduction valve that was no longer any good. He replaced it with a top of the line pressure reduction valve. Immediately my water pressure went up into the 70s where it should be. I cannot recommend Tim highly enough. They were professional, fast, communicative, and reasonably priced. 5 stars! S

A neighbor recommended Chen Plumbing, so we had them come to our house to advise on pressure issues we were having. They quickly identified and corrected the issues. We called Tim after we noticed our water heater was leaking. He got back to us very quickly with an estimate and offered to come over the same day. His team was professional and prompt.
