Bray Electrical Services

From scheduling to appointment communication, installation and cleanup, Bray did a phenomenal job for us. We needed a new 240V outlet installed for an oven we ordered. A Bray scheduler made an appointment for a week out. Then the electrician called the day before to confirm the appointment time and asked for additional project details so that he could show up prepared. He ran a little late from his previous appointment but called beforehand to let me know. When he arrived, he got right to work and was diligent until he left. The quality of the work is very good and he did a thorough job of cleaning up when he was done. It's harder and harder to find service companies who communicate well and do a professional job. We recently had a very disappointing experience with Bray. We called to have them complete two specific services for us. To review the front porch lights and doorbell, which we knew still had old original wiring that needed replacing, and to extend electricity in our back yard 25'-30' to our existing shed. A technician contacted me the Friday before our scheduled service, which was the following Monday, at which time we discussed the services we were looking for, I shared photos of the shed which included where the power would extend from and needed to go. Come Monday, a different technician arrived who was completely unaware of any of the services that were being requested, and informed me that he did not have any of the supplies needed to pull the new power to the shed, so he would have to have someone bring him supplies. I requested he start on the front porch while he waited for the needed supplies. After over an hour of investigating the front porch he responded that the wiring
