Nice people. They put on an event for family and kids alike to celebrate their being in business for 50 years! It was free to attend and the kids had a blast. Would definitely recommend considering Buzzell as a potential account owner or servicer. I have not personally used them but will most certainly keep them in mind if I ever need HVAC services completed.

Replaced leaking bathtub. Destroyed bathroom before checking to make sure they had the right tub. Had to come back with a different to the next day. Left my house wrecked and had to have another guy come and repair what the left undone. Didn’t even return the valves cover in the front yard.

I could not be happier with the service provided by Buzzell Plumbing Heating & Air. Our 50 Gallon tank water heater had to be replaced, and Mark Buzzell came by to give us quotes on replacing the tank and also options for moving to a tankless heater. We ended up choosing an outdoor tankless option. Work began the next day, and a lot was done to get the right infrastructure set up, but everything was done and cleaned up that day so we could have hot water again in the evening. Mark even included a condesation pump for the HVAC system at no extra cost after realizing that the way the old pipes were set up could cause problems after the tank was removed. Overall, I am very happy with the quality of work and professionalism shown. Went ahead and gave them a second job to fix a leaking gas valve at the back of the fireplace, and that was also done the next day after they bought the necessary valve.
