Sergeant Rooter and Septic

Has anyone gotten their septic pumped from this company without an upsell charge of $3900 (or around there?). On the phone they stated 300-400 for a pump. But once they were here they stated my system needed an enzyme treatment, new baffle t's, new filters, hydro jet, & new riser covers. Every other company says 650-675 and that includes a new filter. The charges/fees seem really excessive. I am not criticizing their work. They did a good job at cleaning out the septic tank but definitely not worth $3300 extra than the other companies charge. Amended- After speaking with the owner, he explained all the charges and asked what he could do to make it sit better with me. He said to get the septic tank running better it needed all the aforementioned things. I just felt it was too much money-especially $1500 to flush out with hydrojet. So, ended up taking off $500. Which is better. Their service does come with a 3 year warranty.

I called for emergency service after hours. They were here within the hour. They worked in the pouring rain and were still incredibly nice. The technicians acted like it was no big deal that they had a late day call. Just a pleasant experience all the way around.

Todd, Montez, and Derek the most professional septic service I have ever used. They were knowledge and patient. They cleaned afterward up. And they fixed my issues and made improvements to my system in an efficient manner. They emptied tank, made sure my lines were clear and installed a new Baffle Tee with a riser. Now if we have issues, we can check it and maybe deal with miner clogs if they occur. AND NO MORE DIGGING UP MY YARD! I l can't recommend them enough!! Service: Sewer repair
