I called Steve Friday afternoon about my water heater not working. He gave me a price and said he would be here on Sunday. Steve came and installed my new water heater and hauled my old one off. He did a great job and recommend him highly. If I need any other Plumbing work done I will definitely call him again. ????
Power to my gas tankless water heater went out due to a power outage. No hot water on Thanksgiving morning....Other plumbers claim to be 24 hour but none of them answered when I called. However, Steve from Watertite Plumbing did take my call and helped to figure out how to reset the system and restore hot water to my home. My toilet was making a whistling noise for about a week and I bought several different drain opening solutions. None of them worked. I finally googled Waterlite and Steve answered. He asked me what the problem was he told me to turn my water valve to the right. I did exactly what he said and the whistling stopped immediately. I was taken back by the integrity and willingness to help. He could’ve charged me and didn’t. If I ever have another issue I will definitely be calling him.
