So we had a leak in are wall leaking down to lower unit. They are renovating and that’s when they noticed the leak and they were using furuta so we also went with them. So we called them for a leak inspection they said they can have them out there today so I took off work told them I can open a portion of my wall so they can see this was 8 am they did not get back to me till around 12 telling me the unit below is not home so they wasn’t coming. They came two days later did the leak inspection from the unit below they said it was the calking and faucet. The re caulked said it was fixed paid 250. Next day big leak so I asked if they never found the leak do I need to pay for another leak inspection they never found the leak they said yes because they usually only find one leak at a time. And they started to screen my calls wasn’t answering for hours and we know cause we called off one of are friends phone and got a answer right away. So we went with Roto rooter I opened the wall this time
