Great experience. Highly recommend. Showed up on time & determined that 2 of our units were not going to need the heavy cleaning we had expected. They adjusted their quoted charges accordingly and impressed us with their integrity as well.
Everyone was great -- from estimate, through billing and installation, great service. All team members were super friendly and professional, always happy to answer questions. I didn't have to coordinate an electrician or anything, KK AC did all of that. They had what I wanted in stock, so estimate to full install was less than 3 weeks -- installation was a single day!
