Great experience. Highly recommend. Showed up on time & determined that 2 of our units were not going to need the heavy cleaning we had expected. They adjusted their quoted charges accordingly and impressed us with their integrity as well.
Awesome service. Jon was very detailed with the issues at hand and explained the problems and which units could and couldn't be serviced. He showed the issues and fixed what he could. Definitely not here to scam anyone. Definitely here to try and help make our home a cool place to live. Definitely would recommend to our neighbors and friends.
After another kind of experience with a different company I swapped my work request for mini split install to KK! Absolutely the best decision. The entire team from my first phone call to the end of the job! 10/10, highly recommend KK!!
