This is our first time using Ivan’s service. We needed to repair/replace toilet and water spout. Prior to asking Ivan to assist, I reached out to some of the plumbers for their estimates and availability. Ivan’s estimate was most reasonable and what was the decision factor to proceed with Ivan was his quick response and availability. On the day of service, Ivan tested everything to make sure what the issue for water leaking. He was very professional, patient and through in all explanations. After he fixed the water leak, he made sure to test everything and show me what exactly he performed work. I am extremely satisfied with Ivan’s qualify of work and I’ll definitely recommend him to my family/friends in future. If I could give 10stars I would. Mahalo Ivan!
