I 100% recommend Family Heating & Cooling. My A/C went out on a Friday, figured I’d wait until Monday to call a service company to avoid the cost of an emergency call. My dad told me about this company, I looked them up and they don’t charge extra for weekend calls. I called to see if they had any availability and Chad was at my house within an hour!!! Unbelievable! He was professional and very down-to-earth which I REALLY appreciate! He had the A/C up and running within 15 minutes! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

Mike called me within 5 min of me calling to request an appt and was already close to my house so was literally there within 10 min of my initial call to the office. He was super nice and explained stuff as he went. Replaced a wire and got my A/C working again before a 94 degree day tomorrow! He also let us know about their maintenance program which is an amazing deal so we signed up! May 15, 2022 Our AC stopped working, so we called on Sunday morning and within 30 minutes, Garth was here. He quickly found a faulty capacitor on our furnace and had the system up and running in about 30 minutes. The charge included the $69 service call, a $7 govt. fee and the part charge.
