Our condo association has a building that has a door entry system that needs to be replaced. Reference was the only company that actually came out to investigate the issue. Since then they ... well Greg Hanger, has been avoiding our calls asking where his quote on the repair is. The service has been terrible and I will not use or recommend Reference to anyone. The HOA has no problem paying to get the system replaced, but apparently Greg Hanger and his team do not like money.
Fantastic experience! Design, product consultations, ordering and installation were of a white glove caliber. Couldn't have been better in any way. I highly recommend them for any higher level a/v projects!
After having shopped for a new television I was referred to Reference Audio Video & Security and found their pricing to be as competitive as anywhere else. That plus the fact that they also do the install turned out to be a great decision. Cody took the time to determine what would work best for us and Chad was excellent with the installation work. We are very pleased with our system.
