R3 Roofing & Exteriors

I had my roof replaced in 2021 which they did a great job on. But they did not reinstall my gutter spout correctly so it fell off during a storm. Called several times with no call back. They finally came and fixed spout just to find out the gutter was not installed correctly. It was going up hill and no flashing over it in some areas. After 2 tries still no luck. Don't recommend them for gutters apparently. Once it is corrected I will update this. 6/9/23 little over a month ago a 4ft by 7ft piece of alluminum came off my roof...I informed R3 of the huge aluminum piece that came off my roof and they said they would get it taken care of and still to this date it is not taken care of and they will not call me back I just keep getting the runaround.6/30/23 roof still not repaired I was told aluminum was on backorder and I still keep getting the runaround .

Had damage to my home during a massive hail storm. There was damage to roof and siding. Gabby Llaca did an amazing job helping me through the entire process from the initial estimate, working with my insurance company to ensure everything was taken care of, and did a fantastic job of keeping me updated every step of the way. The house turned out great and looked better than new. Great job R3 and Gaby! Would recommend them to anyone!

So impressed with R3 Roofing and especially Nicole Colosimo for helping me to finally get my insurance company to pay my claim. Requesting her help was the best thing that I did. The workmanship was outstanding and the roofing crew was outstanding. Beautiful new roof and you couldn't tell that they had been here. Clean up was perfect! Great Company!
