DM Drain cleaned our drain of some roots until water started draining. Three weeks later, our drain was completely plugged again. I left messages to have them come back but they never called us back. We had to have another company come out since we couldn't get a hold of DM Drain. They were able to get a lot more roots cleaned out. Also, the drain cleaning machine DM Drain used had a piece on it that scratched our floor all up. Service: Drain cleaning

They didn't seem to want my business. I called to set up appointment and the woman said she was at the doctor and would have to call me back. She never called me back. I called 24 hours after my first call and set up appointment next day. Took the morning off from work for 9am appointment. At 8:40 they called and said I should probably find someone else.

My ???? was flushing slowly and making a gurgling sound, Paul knew exactly what the issue was over the phone and 20 minutes later after snaking the vent on the roof problem solved.
