EDIT: Called again on Friday (3/10/23) and the office lady answered and claimed she never got my voicemail. I was told by her she would talk to Paul about the issue and get a call back. By the end of their workday, i never received a call back. Called on a Saturday which was after hours. I got on the schedule but when the guy was here he wanted to go through our toilet, which my fiancé and I were ok with, until he discovered the other way they've used previously would work better. We didn't have any issues before besides a small mess to clean up. This time was way different, I had asked if laying towels down would help with less of a mess of sewage water on the stairs and by the drain to which he replied "it won't make a difference" then while he was leaving he broke two Of three brackets off the rail leaving the rail broken. I tried to call the same day it happened but didn't get an answer and still haven't got a call back even though I left a voicemail. We won't be using this company

If you're looking for a Mom and Pop plumbing service call Paul yaall. One call did it all. My ???? was flushing slowly and making a gurgling sound, Paul knew exactly what the issue was over the phone and 20 minutes later after snaking the vent on the roof problem solved.
