The Des Moines, Iowa Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (JATC) is a collective and respected relationship between IBEW and NECA (National Electrical Contractors) which provides electrical apprenticeship opportunity for hopeful electricians. The program offers structured, technical and professional training to individuals who are committed to becoming skilled electricians.
