I had the joy of having two men from this company come to my home in behalf of Polk county. They came to inspect some wires that had been cut through by an insulation contractor group. They were to arrive at 8am, did not arrive until 9:02am. Then they freely walked into my home without knocking or ringing doorbell to let me know they were here. Walked right past me did not introduce themselves or say hi. Went to where the problem was came back down grabbed something from their truck then went back up. As they were on their way out I had to stop them to make sure they looked at a switch that pertained to the wires that were cut through. They essentially looked at me then at each gave a short discussion, one shrugged his shoulders. Then the other proceeds to say oh we’ll have to get different tools and come back in. They go out for a drill, when all you needed was a screw driver. Look at the switch discuss stuff talk about a 9v battery for a light switch…. Then wrapped up their stuff and
Knight Electric was contacted to fix streetlights in our neighborhood. The showed up once and fixed the problem temporarily. The 2nd time they came, they said they fixed it again, but they didn't. They charged our association over $4,000 for the repairs and never even fixed the underlying problem. We have been without streetlights for over almost 3 months on one street. Our association has been calling them for weeks with no return phone call. This is a safety issue, so we ended up calling Baker Group to fix their mistakes.
Ryan and his Team are responsive, attention to details and most importantly customer focused. If your project is just a residential upgrade or a full fledged new construction know these guys can handle your needs and do it honestly, on budget and on time. If you're looking for a local, family owned business that positively supports our local communities please hire these guys. I personally never met Ryan before our daughters sports experience. Wanting to support our fella teammates and families I hired to do a upgrade project and cannot express my satisfaction of quality, communication and deliverables. Thank you.
