Upon calling after local hours, I was connected to Alesia Myers who was nothing but professional, and courteous. Her willingness to go above and beyond to help me get in touch with the Sioux Falls branch was unexpected and greatly appreciated. Her positive attitude and obvious dedication to her job radiated through the phone and it was refreshing. She went out of her way to email the local Manager, Justin Thuss to initiate contact and supplied our info to try and arrange an early morning delivery. Justin reached out to us within less than 15min by calling directly in response to Alesia's email. Worst company of all time! Trash installers, window leaks & has taken them nearly 4 months to just put trim on the window. I would not send my worst enemy here. They didn’t even replace the 25 year old rotted wood trim… absolutely amateur inexperienced installers.
