I took a chance with Green’s after another business wouldn’t answer the phone. I called Green’s and was taken care of right away, we scheduled a technician to come out in about 5 days to look at my 10yr+ old whirlpool washer. Quest was my technician and he was professional and honest about the issues with my washer, and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, it wasn’t repairable due to parts no longer being produced but fortunately Green’s has a show room and has financing options. Also if you buy an appliance through them the price of that diagnostic ( about $100) is credited to the new appliance. We went into the show room on a Friday and got superb no pressure and personal customer service. Our new washer (Speed Queen) was delivered and installed that following Monday. Highly recommend Green’s and I will use them for all my future appliance, heating and cooling issues in the future.

These guys were professional and great to work with. After years of trusting friends and family on our HVAC issues it was nice to have someone come in and prove that a lot of what we were being told was just false. They installed a new system which is cooling in a way we didn’t think was possible with our split level.
