I took a chance with Green’s after another business wouldn’t answer the phone. I called Green’s and was taken care of right away, we scheduled a technician to come out in about 5 days to look at my 10yr+ old whirlpool washer. Quest was my technician and he was professional and honest about the issues with my washer, and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, it wasn’t repairable due to parts no longer being produced but fortunately Green’s has a show room and has financing options. Also if you buy an appliance through them the price of that diagnostic ( about $100) is credited to the new appliance. We went into the show room on a Friday and got superb no pressure and personal customer service. Our new washer (Speed Queen) was delivered and installed that following Monday. Highly recommend Green’s and I will use them for all my future appliance, heating and cooling issues in the future.

Green’s installed a new washing machine and dishwasher. They called to make sure I was home and arrived soon after. Installers were kind and informative. Made sure I knew all the options on my new appliances and answered all my questions. Left a contact card in case I have more questions at a later date. I will definitely use them in the future for all my appliance needs. Very satisfied!

Keegan was very helpful and professional. He and his partner took the time to explain what they were doing. They kept the work site clean and also spent extra time explaining the operation of the new appliance. Totally impressed with Greens Appliance Heating & Cooling.
