I had a fantastic experience with Chas W Goering installing my water heater. They did a great install and then went above and beyond to come back and readjust it after I got a new roof. Our basement was plumbed for a bath but the original builder did not seal it properly. We called Goering and they quickly got us on the schedule to repair the gasket, which involved tearing out concrete, replacing the seal and then pouring new concrete. The employees were very respectful and neat. Goering also replaced a valve on our main water line that was causing a knocking sound-we were very appreciative of the extra time they took to correct that issue.
