Very professional! Tech called to tell me they were running ahead of schedule and wanted to know if he could arrive earlier than my 1PM appointment. Technician was Pleasant and polite! He was wearing a company uniform and well groomed! Did his job and cleaned up and took all garbage and old materials with him. No hidden or extra cost! I contacted Pipe Monkey on a Friday morning and they said they could get in first thing Monday morning. Brandon showed up about 5 mins early, introduced himself and went right to work. He was great at letting me know what to expect from pricing to what work was being done. When the shower was fixed he walked me through the repairs, shown where he caulked a few areas to prevent future damage, and had cleaned the drain while he was at it. Pipe Monkey Plumbing was amazing. My shower drain would continuously clog no matter what I did and Brandon came in and fixed it with absolutely no problems. He told me the pricing it would be before he even started so I had an idea and wasn’t surprised at the end of his visit. He also gave me a LOT of tips and tricks so that I could possibly fix it myself before having to call them again. He was very helpful, pleasant and speedy.
