I had a major disaster and was extremely stressed out. The office was super friendly and the technician showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, they where in uniform, wore butters, and the tech was extremely knowledgeable. I had no problem paying a little extra for the piece of mind. You get what you pay for. I would highly recommend this company.

We had a bathtub drip and Clog Busters was the only company who could come out the next day to assess it. Tommy was awesome, went to several shops to try to find a part that would fit the valve system in our old house. Without upgrading our whole bathtub system, he was only able to give us the “band aid” solution, but it stopped the drip! Days later, our whole house backed up overnight from tree roots in the sewer line. We used their 24/7 emergency service and Aaron was there overnight fixing the issue. His attitude was amazing for having to do that at such a late hour. He said it would smell like oranges when he was done, and it really did! They cleaned everything up when they were done working at each appointment. Both technicians were great, as was the woman who answered the phone.
