Josh is the Man! Josh quickly figured out my issue with an overflowing drain and had the fix complete quickly. Very professional and and respectful. Mike came to see us this morning and fixed our issue with no problems at all. He was super friendly, helpful and checked over everything carefully. Also very clean with what he does. Couldn't be happier with the service...will definitely be using their services again in the future when needed!!

We called roto rooter in Dec to fix a clogged drain in the basement. They came in a timely manner and said we need a camera after he tried to cable it. Paid for the camera to come, they said our pipe is broken and we also need to be jetted. We had them do both. Luckily it was just the drain collapsed. The new cement around the drain is higher than the floor itself and the drain still backs up. Had them come out again. He cabled the drain again and said it’s all clear. Wrong! Tried calling the office again to get the drain fixed. We ended up calling another company who said that just cabling a line usually don’t clear roots. They used knives to clear it. And as a bonus they stand behind their work. I’m still waiting to hear back from roto rooter about them fixing the cement around the drain. I don’t and will not recommend using roto rooter!
