Our 25 year old air conditioner stopped working Saturday night. On Sunday, I submitted a service request on the Ashley website. Monday at 730am I got a call to schedule a service appt. The service guys arrived at 9:15am. They diagnosed the problem and I decided to replace vs spending $ fixing the old system. The sales guy came at 3pm on Monday. We decided which new system to buy. The installers came on Thursday and had the new system up and running at the end of the day. Definitely very responsive. The new air conditioner and furnace was expensive… but it’s top of the line Trane. Very satisfied with Ashley. We were not so excited for the hottest day so far this summer when our 4 year old HVAC system wasn’t working.Ashley heating and Air had a technician in our area, he showed up quickly and assessed the situation , made an adjustment and it was back to working order in less than 15 minutes. When we went to pay, it was no charge, they were in the area, it was a simple fix and they had installed the unit. We appreciate the customer service from Ashley Heating and Air, their professionalism and quick service is one reason we don’t use anyone else. Service: A/C system repair
