Peppy Heating and Cooling

Had another great experience with Peppy! My AC went out early Monday morning and Peppy was out Monday afternoon to fix the problem. Juan was very professional and provided excellent service. He found the root of the problem, talked me through the issue, and installed the replacement part. I didn’t feel pressured or taken advantage of, like I normally do when I call for other home repair providers. Out with the old. In with the new. Just had my HVAC system replaced after setting a record 33 years running. Peppy has been performing my maintenance for 5 years now and it was a logical next step to have them replace the system. Exceeded expectations in every way. These guys were referred to me by my remodeling contractor. Not only did they work tirelessly to figure out the problems plaguing my furnace, but they helped me design a more efficient and far more comfortable ductless mini split setup for our additional square footage.
