Most other repair companies take days or even weeks to respond, Magic took less than five minutes, the receptionist was so nice, and they were able to get a technician out the following day. I can’t say enough good things about my technician, David. He was on time, quick to address and fix the problem, friendly and personable! I’ve used multiple companies around the Eagle/Meridian/Boise area for every repair need out there and have never had a better experience from start to finish!! My hot water heater went out. Magic sent Gary out & he was very accommodating. We communicated via phone to arrange times. When I met him, I felt good about the decision I had made. Very good service, and would call and ask for Gary in future if needed!
