Of course our air-conditioning would fail on Saturday the hottest day of the year, couldn't get ahold of Access the company that installed it, called your number Sunday am and got Jose on the line explained our predicament to him and to our amazement he said he could be at our house in half an hour. We were totally impressed with his professionalism and expertise, plus he is such a great young man. You are lucky to have him on your staff!!! I highly recommend this company for all things AC! Our AC unit has been slowly leaking and I called on a Monday on a very hot day and they came within an hour! We had to get an all new condenser and coil and they found our warranty without any hassle. Amazing customer service! Heather helped me the entire process, Jake and Sam came and fixed it and were so kind! Love this company.
