Jose was very professional and on time. He explained everything to me completely before doing the work and worked very quickly to get the job done. It was so nice dealing with a plumbing company that was honest upfront and worked hard to make me feel comfortable through the whole process. We need more companies out there like Viking Plumbing, they know what they are doing and they are very professional in the job they do. I have used Viking plumbing on two separate occasions. Jose is awesome and understands the meaning of customer service. He is by far the best Viking has to offer. Bill was also very helpful in working with me to get my issues resolved.

We used Viking a few years ago for a leak under the house. They were the only place that answered the phone at 5 am and came out right away. So when we had a few projects to do, we didn’t hesitate to call them again! They came out and did a free estimate. They were able to work with my schedule and came out on time. Johnny was great! A simple job of swapping out bathroom faucets got complicated when we found the contractor had mounted the sink so it covered half of the faucet holes! Long story but we tried 3 different faucets to see if they’d work. Johnny finally had to modify one to get it to work. Otherwise I’d be replacing the vanity top! So helpful and friendly! When we had another project pop up a few weeks later, I gave them a call again. Again, scheduling was great, Wyatt was on time and did a terrific job and super friendly!
