Roland and his management team don’t back their work. Access Heating installed a humidifier in our home and when we paid to have it serviced it failed shortly thereafter, causing a leak in our subfloor running under our kitchens wood floor. When this issue was brought to their attention, they were quick to send out technician Michael to investigate the issue. Mike stated the installation of the humidifier should never have been completed the way it was, reminder their own tech did the install and service and never once indicated this unit could be at risk. Mike promised to my and my wife’s face that the company would make sure to fix the issue by opening an insurance claim. Fast forward 3 weeks and I get an email from Roland stating that because I tampered with the unit that they were not going to be assuming responsibility for the issue and ruined floor. Michael our tech was very professional and informative about the process and pointed out things that could be done to maximize the life of our unit without being pushy. We ended up having the blower fan and housing cleaned out as an extra caution as we had excess dust in the home. Tyler was awesome! He came out on Super Bowl Sunday and replaced a part to fix our furnace in less than than 30 minutes. We had scheduled a repair with another company but they wanted to charge $250+ for weekend work. Tyler even waived the $70 service call fee and just charged for parts and labor.
